The Dutch-American Risk Stratification Tool (DART‐1) calculates the probability (%) of IPMNs without worrisome features or high‐risk stigmata at diagnosis (according to the 2012 international Fukuoka guidelines) to develop one or more worrisome features or high-risk stigmata within 3 or 5 years.
